Hello :)
I am subletting my 1-room apartment on the ground floor located in the backyard during the specified period. It is furnished with a living/sleeping room with a loft bed, sofa, small desk, chest of drawers, and shelves. The bed is 1.40m wide.
There is a separate kitchen with a sink, oven, and ceramic hob, as well as a refrigerator and freezer.
There is a small hallway with a wardrobe and a small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
The apartment is rented fully furnished only. Depending on space requirements, I am happy to pack some things into boxes so that you can arrange your things here during the sublet period to feel at home :)
You are welcome to use everything that is around (pots, dishes, spices, music system, books, towels, bedding, etc.)
A washing machine is available in the basement. You can park your bicycle in the yard.
The building is old and since the apartment is on the ground floor with one wall to the outside, airing and heating during the winter months is especially important to avoid mold. Therefore, please do not dry laundry in the apartment. The apartment is fully tiled.
Note: The base rent of the apartment is 450 euros, which includes flat-rate utilities. 50 euros are charged for internet, another 50 euros for the use of the fully furnished apartment, wear and tear, etc. Thus, the total cost per month is 550 euros for 30 days :)
The apartment is sublet exclusively to persons with liability insurance. If you smoke, then only in the yard and not in the apartment, otherwise I will have problems with the landlords.
We can gladly arrange an online viewing appointment. Persons who want to rent for the entire period will be preferred.
