The house is newly built and therefore bright and equipped with large windows. We are the first tenants and have been living in the apartment since 2022. We live there with a dog. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for severe allergy sufferers. However, subletting with a dog would be possible by arrangement.
The apartment is well laid out and offers the possibility of a workspace in the living and dining room, which is equipped for home office use. The apartment is not noisy and you do not hear anything from the neighbors.
The apartment is accessible without barriers via an elevator in the building.
There are good parking options in the nearby area.
The apartment is located in the Iserbrook district. There is a Lidl right next door. Within walking distance, there is an Edeka as well as some restaurants. There is a bus connection in the immediate vicinity. Also, the S1 is nearby (Iserbrook 10 minutes on foot, Blankenese 10 minutes by bus). With the S1, you are well connected and can reach the city center in about 30 to 40 minutes. Otherwise, the district is very green with the Klövensteen nature reserve nearby, the Hirschpark, and the Elbe beach.
