Successor Tenant Wanted for Furnished 1-Room Attic Apartment in Münster!

Hi, I am the current tenant and plan to move out of the apartment at the beginning of 2027. Possibly earlier by arrangement and agreement with the landlord.

I am currently looking for a suitable person to propose as a successor tenant.

It is a furnished attic apartment with a small built-in kitchen and a bathroom. I was comfortable with the size of about 19 square meters.

There is a laundry cellar and a workshop that I was allowed to use whenever I wanted.

Currently, my washing machine is in the laundry cellar, which I have not even used. I would leave it for the successor tenant (included in the transfer agreement).

Other costs concern a private parking space on the property. The property is video monitored and also has a gate. A bicycle stand is also available.

Some of the furniture, such as the kitchen extension and the TV table, actually belong to me, but I would also leave them (included in the transfer agreement).

There is a meadow where you can sit and possibly study in the summer. Occasionally, the family's dog runs around, but it is very friendly.

Location
About a 5-minute walk away, there is a bus stop that can take you to the main train station (HBF).

About 5 minutes by bike, there is a small shopping area with all necessary stores from Rewe, Lidl, DM to Action.

About 20 minutes by bike is the University Hospital Münster.

Otherwise, the property is in a quiet area where deer sometimes pass by.

I am moving out because I have a lot to do for university and lack the time to take care of my household. The landlord lives in the same building but is a very nice guy with a lot of understanding.

The bed is 2m x 1.4m.

A mattress is available; the desk chair and desk belong to me and I will take them with me.

However, there is also a desk from the landlord that I have not used.
