The apartment has two well-usable rooms, a small hallway and a nice, well-maintained bathroom with a window. Overall, the apartment appears very new and modern due to the beautiful floor, the new baseboards and the freshly or attractively painted walls.

Furniture Takeover / Deduction
The furnishings shown in the pictures are to be fully taken over by the successor tenant. The only exception is the television.
The inventory to be taken over includes, among other things, the existing furniture for the living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom as well as the kitchen equipment. Additionally, the kitchen includes a portable induction stove and a portable extractor hood.
A deduction of 5000 € is agreed for the complete takeover of the furnishings shown in the pictures (except for the television).
The takeover offers the advantage that the apartment can be moved into directly and no personal effort is necessary for the acquisition, transport and assembly of the existing furnishings.
