Die Miete beträgt circa 850€ warm, müsste im Einzelfall aufgrund der Nebenkosten jedoch noch einmal ausgerechnet werden.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet.
Wir suchen jemanden, der zuverlässig ist und unsere Wohnung pfleglich behandelt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Dortmunder Innenstadt-Ost. Dank der zentralen Lage sind Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sowie eine gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz bequem erreichbar.
