We are renting out our bright and modern 4-room apartment in the heart of Münster city centre, within walking distance to the castle and the university (Uni Münster and FH). The apartment is ideally laid out for a shared flat, therefore the rental is primarily offered to shared flat communities.

The apartment is located in the rear part of a multi-family house and is therefore very quiet.

The apartment is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the bathroom which is available for use.

A garage in the backyard of the building can be rented on request. The apartment also includes a cellar compartment.

Location
The apartment is situated in a sought-after, central location on Steinfurter Straße, directly on the border to the popular Kreuzviertel. The promenade, castle and castle garden are reachable within a few minutes on foot, and the historic old town with Prinzipalmarkt, Domplatz and weekly market can be comfortably reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries and daily necessities shops are found in the immediate vicinity. Several bus lines stop nearby, and via Steinfurter Straße and the ring road all districts as well as the main roads out of town are quickly accessible. University facilities and the university locations in the northwest of the city are also easily reachable. In short: urban living with short distances in one of Münster's most sought-after residential areas.
