I am looking for a suitable new tenant from October 2026 for my cozy and bright old building apartment in Köln-Ehrenfeld.
The apartment has about 40 m² of living space and additionally a really spacious balcony of about 9 m². It consists of a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and a basement compartment.
The apartment is compactly designed but has everything you need and is ideally suited as a cozy home for a single person. Therefore, rental is expressly intended for one person.
The existing kitchen is to be taken over. Additionally, I would like to hand over some furniture and fixtures purchased for the balcony. This way, the apartment can be used directly and easily. The takeover price and exact details can be discussed personally if interested.

Viewings by appointment. The final selection of the new tenant and the rental contract conclusion are made by the landlord.
