The perfect spatial concept for DELUXE temporary living:

Whether business travelers, project staff, expats, students, commuters or Munich lovers, everyone finds their home with high standards in the SRS Apartments on Schwere-Reiter-Straße.

The living concept "Ready to live, Deluxe" combines contemporary architecture with high-quality interior design. Custom-built fixtures, stylish design classics and durable materials give each apartment a distinctive character. Beautiful herringbone parquet, elegant tiles, high-quality bathroom ceramics and light-enhanced window areas create an exclusive yet homely atmosphere. The harmoniously coordinated color schemes for walls, floors and furnishings provide calm, elegance and a special living experience. Additional comfort is provided by underfloor heating in all living areas.

The SUITES are all fully furnished and ready to move in immediately, ideal for those who want to remain flexible professionally or privately without compromising on quality, comfort and style. This is not a classic residential complex but an experience space that feels like home from the first moment.

The living concept is rounded off by hotel-style services:
An optional cleaning service including bed linen and towel change is available through the property management and can be conveniently booked by email. This makes modern temporary living as comfortable and carefree as possible.

Minimum rental period: 6 months, extension possible (on request)

Note: A flat rate of 300.00 € for final cleaning is payable before the start of the rental.
