A beautiful room will be available in our 3-person shared flat from 01.01.27, possibly moving in a bit earlier from mid-December is also possible, but at the latest by 01.02.27.

The room is about 19 sqm, well laid out, facing north and still nicely bright because we live at the very top.

Even though the room faces the street, in our opinion the noise level is still manageable, but if you are looking for absolute dead-end quiet, this is not the right place.

Additionally, there are two balconies in our apartment, one at the kitchen and a south-facing balcony that belongs to Florentina's room and can also be used by others.

WLAN and heating costs are included in the stated rent.

Location
The location is great! We feel comfortable in the area, it is central and there are many beautiful spots right outside the door, perfect for an autumn walk.

Our flat is located directly on Willy Allee at the Kirchweg stop, where tram lines 1, 3 and 7 run, as well as the great bus lines 13, 12 and 25 plus a Next Bike station on top!

It is 15-20 minutes to Hopla, 20 minutes to the Art University, 5 minutes to the Uni Murhardstraße location, 8 minutes to the town hall, 7 minutes to Wilhelmshöhe station, and 20 minutes to the main station.

Many places are also easily reachable on foot or by bike.

The Goetheanlage is a 5-minute walk away, which is especially great for picnics, using senior-friendly exercise equipment or just lying around and reading when the weather is warmer ;)

Shopping options like Aldi, Rossmann and Rewe are only 3-5 minutes away on foot.

Otherwise, Bebelplatz is also not far on foot and there are more shopping options and tram lines 4 and 8.

Shared Flat Life
Your future flatmates would be Florentina (she/her) and Gioia (she/her). We have a friendly relationship, are both queer* and it is very important to us that all flatmates feel comfortable, communicate openly and create space for that. For this, we occasionally have flatmate meetings where we calmly discuss everything concerning our coexistence and household.

Besides that, we also chat a lot, whether about politics, relationships or whatever moves us. We share how our capacities look like if someone needs more retreat, which is of course fully understandable.
