We are going on sabbatical, so we are subletting our beautiful, cozy apartment. Approval from the owner is available for this.
We are looking for reliable, tidy temporary tenants. The period is somewhat flexible with the earliest start at the end of October and ideally a duration of 8 months until the end of June.
Description of the apartment: Charming old building apartment with a view of the water, stucco and wooden floorboards, directly on the Uhlenhorster Canal in Hamburg. 3.5 rooms, including a large bedroom, newly renovated bathroom with a large shower + great kitchen, spacious dining room and living room (with a functional fireplace) and a small study. Southwest balcony in a green environment. The building was restored from 2010 to 2024 and is a listed building. The apartment was newly furnished 1.5 years ago.
The location on the Uhlenhorster Canal offers a quiet, green environment while the connection to Hamburg city center is quick and uncomplicated. The southwest balcony invites you to relax with a view of the water.

The apartment is not suitable for shared living as there is only one bedroom.
