I am offering a temporary rent (at least 1.12.-31.5.27) of my furnished studio apartment with a balcony and a view of greenery. There is a kitchen area with a refrigerator, two hotplates, and additional kitchen appliances, a dining table, a desk, the hallway with a built-in closet, the bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine is available in the laundry room.
The apartment is lovingly furnished, very well maintained, and I would describe it as a cozy retreat. You are welcome to use everything that is there! As soon as a few sun rays appear, I recommend starting the day on the balcony, which is currently decorated very colorfully and summery.
I love my home and would therefore like to entrust it along with the furnishings to responsible hands and get it back clean and undamaged :). Also, it would be great if you could take care of some of the plants. If you bring something and need space, I can gladly put some of my things in the basement.
The rental period would be at least half a year until the end of May - regarding the final move-out date, we can stay in contact as I currently do not know exactly when I will continue in Cologne in the summer.

It is a maximum 5-minute walk to the Rodenkirchen stop. The 16 and 17 trams run there, as well as other buses. There are KVB bikes, a bakery, and a kiosk. You can reach the cathedral by train or bike in under 25 minutes.
You can reach the city center at Maternusplatz on foot in 10 minutes; there is a market twice a week and otherwise you will find everything here from Rossmann to Aldi, REWE, the post office, restaurants, etc.... and: the Rhine as well as the Rodenkirchen Riviera with a beach! The Forest Botanical Garden is even closer to the house and definitely worth a visit.
By car, you can park for free in the surrounding streets and will always find a parking space. The Rhine bridge ramp is also very close.
