The shared apartment is located on Karlstraße / Buchhornplatz, in the second row directly at the waterfront promenade. It doesn't get more central in Friedrichshafen!

Right outside the door: Harbor train station (bus & ferry), bars, cafés, supermarkets, co-working spaces, and the library.

Quick access to campus (DHBW & ZU Fallenbrunnen / Lake Campus): Only 15 minutes by bike or 21 minutes by bus (direct connection).

🚗 Parking

Resident parking permit in the neighborhood or parking space in the "Sportspark" parking garage (65 €/month) with shuttle every 10 minutes directly to the shared apartment (only 6 minutes travel time).

Particularly ideal for existing groups of friends: Since the shared apartment is just starting, all rooms are currently still available. So you can also apply as a group or, as long as still available, rent the entire 6-person shared apartment together.

We are currently still renovating. Therefore, the furniture in the pictures was added as examples. Floor plan, rooms, and view have not been changed. Completion is planned for 01.10.26.

The 6 rooms range in size from 10-14 sqm and will be furnished for a furnishing surcharge of 30 €/month with a high-quality bed, desk, office chair, and sliding door mirror wardrobe worth over 1500 €.
