The landlords have completely rebuilt the apartment. Electrical system, installations, doors, windows, floors, kitchen, heating/air conditioning, bathroom, video intercom for the front door, all new. The apartment is designed to be open and bright. The exposed roof beams give the apartment a special touch. The kitchen is open to the large living area, equipped with a Miele dishwasher, cooking island with induction cooktop and BORA exhaust, and a large freezer-refrigerator (not yet visible in the pictures). There is a second living area adjoining the large living room. All windows and doors have blinds. In the bathroom, there is a washer-dryer in the niche (not yet installed in the pictures). The roof window in the bathroom operates with solar technology. The apartment is fully tiled with wood-look tiles. Black ceiling lamps are installed all around. White ceiling curtain rails are in front of the windows. The energy supply is exclusively electric. Heating and cooling work via the air conditioning system. A hot water storage tank in the bathroom niche provides warm water. A cellar room is included in the rental agreement.
The apartment costs 1,300€ cold rent, plus 100€ for additional costs. Electricity is billed directly by the tenant with the electricity provider. The tenant also arranges their own internet; the electrical installation for this is prepared. The deposit is 2,000€, payable upon key handover.

Südstr. 25A is located in a nice residential area. The Josefsviertel in Münster is known for its central location. The apartment is not cramped between large buildings but spacious with a comfortable character.
5 minutes by bike to the city center, the harbor, or the train station. 10 minutes by bike to the university. Within 4 minutes on foot, you can either relax in Südpark or enjoy the lively Hammerstraße with many small restaurants, international grocery stores, kiosks, and other small shops. The motorway connection Münster-Süd is convenient.
