Before your move-in, we will carry out the following work in the apartment: All electrical wiring will be renewed. We will install new room doors and paint all radiators fresh white. The bathroom will receive modern wall and floor tiles and will be equipped with a shower (including shower enclosure) and a towel heater. Of course, we will also replace and renew all sanitary fixtures. The kitchen will get a new, modern tiled backsplash - here will also be the connection for the washing machine. The ceilings will be smoothly plastered and freshly painted white. The walls will only be prepared for wallpapering (not ready for painting). You can then design these according to your own ideas. As flooring, we will lay light gray vinyl flooring with a wood look.
