The apartment is located in a 4-family house, which already houses student shared flats. The house is located on the outskirts of the city (200 m behind the Kassel city border) in a decent environment. The distance to the university at Holländischer Platz is about 3 km. You can cover the distance within a few minutes by bus (bus stop about 50 meters away) or also very well by bicycle. A bike path runs on flat terrain along a small stream directly from the apartment to the university campus. Free parking space is also available at the apartment. Aldi and Lidl are also not far away.

But of course, not only students are welcome, but also people who work in Kassel or the surrounding area. Therefore, working people are also welcome to apply. In any case, a minimum rental period of at least two years should be intended (minimum term of the rental contract).

Heating and water/sewage are already included in the advance payment of additional costs. These items are settled once a year within the framework of the additional cost statement according to consumption via the landlord. Only electricity, telecommunications and satellite connection (10 euros) are charged separately. In addition, a rental deposit of 3 cold rents must be paid. For tenants with insufficient own income (trainees or students), a parental guarantee is required. Pets are not desired.
