The lofts are barrier-free accessible with an elevator in the stairwell and wide corridors. The surrounding area of the building is attractively and appealingly designed.

Despite the open loft style, this apartment has a structurally semi-separated sleeping area, which visually separates the sleeping area from the living area and provides additional space along the extra wall. The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful panoramic window facing east.
