Ich vermiete meine helle, offene und vollständig möblierte Wohnung in Berlin-Neukölln ab 01.10.2026 zunächst für 3 Monate. Bei beidseitigem Interesse besteht die Option auf weitere 3 Monate. Danach besteht ggf. die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung mit unbefristetem Mietvertrag zu übernehmen und sich dort anzumelden, vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung von Vermietern/Hausverwaltung.
Die ca. 70 qm große Wohnung ist für eine Person vorgesehen und verfügt über Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile im Flur und zwei Bäder. Alles kann genutzt werden, inkl. Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Internet und Möbeln. Persönliche Sachen werden vorher weggeräumt. Bei einer späteren Übernahme können wir separat besprechen, welche Möbel übernommen werden.
Für die befristete Untermiete ist keine Anmeldung/Wohnungsgeberbestätigung möglich. Untermietvertrag wird von mir bereitgestellt und ist mit Vermietern/Hausverwaltung abgestimmt. Besichtigung nach Absprache, auch digital. Nichtraucherwohnung, keine Haustiere.

I’m renting out my bright, open and fully furnished apartment in Berlin-Neukölln from 01/10/2026, initially for 3 months. If it works well for both sides, there is an option to extend for another 3 months. Afterwards, there may be an opportunity to take over the apartment with an unlimited rental contract and register at the address, subject to approval by the landlords/property management.
The apartment is around 70 sqm, intended for one person, and includes a living room, bedroom, hallway kitchenette and two bathrooms. Everything can be used, incl. kitchen equipment, washing machine, internet and furniture. Personal belongings will be stored away. If the apartment is taken over later, we can separately discuss which furniture to keep.
Registration is not possible during the temporary sublet. I provide the sublease agreement, aligned with the landlords/property management. Viewings by arrangement, also digitally. Non-smoking, no pets.
Die Weserstraße liegt im Herzen von Neukölln und ist durch eine dichte Infrastruktur geprägt. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie verschiedene Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung und ermöglichen eine flexible Alltagsgestaltung.
