The apartment is located in the popular Düsseldorf district of Unterrath in the side street Im Huferfeld, which is characterized by well-maintained multi-family houses surrounded by beautifully landscaped green areas. At the end of the street is the extensive Kartäuser Park on the site of the former Rittergut Hain. The airport Düsseldorf is easily accessible on foot or by bike through the park. Since the district is not directly overflown, there is no aircraft noise here.
