Away from main roads, we rent out our apartment in the rear building, with a view of greenery.
The previous two tenants rented from us for 10 and 8 years until they bought their own home.
There is space for 2 bicycles, etc. in the enclosed garage. The parking space rent is already included in the rental price.
The timeless fitted kitchen and its appliances are part of the rental property and thus already included in the rent. Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, extractor hood, etc.
