From November 15, 2026, I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful two-room apartment in Westend. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained multi-family house and is approximately 56 m2 in size.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a storage room. It also has a kitchen with a fitted kitchen including electrical appliances and a dishwasher. Additionally, a cellar room belongs to the apartment, providing extra storage space.
2.5 years ago, I had a large IKEA Pax wardrobe installed, which must be taken over, as well as a washing machine. Both items cost a total of 800€. Other pieces of furniture can also be taken over but are not mandatory. If you agree with this, I look forward to your response!
