Temporary living with standards, Stylish old building apartment in Cologne Südstadt

In the midst of the sought-after Cologne Südstadt, this exceptional approximately 80 m² old building apartment unfolds as a harmonious blend of architectural substance, contemporary comfort, and cultivated livability. Located on the 1st floor of a classic old building, this property is aimed at people with a sense for quality, tranquility, and urban elegance.

The apartment has been extensively renovated while preserving its characteristic old building qualities: original wooden floorboards, an impressive ceiling height of approximately 3.30 m, and generous room proportions give the rooms a tangible lightness and openness. Large windows provide a pleasant daylight ambiance that allows the high-quality materials to come into their own.

The well-thought-out room concept includes three rooms, including two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. The balcony extends the living space outdoors and offers a quiet retreat in the middle of the city.

Currently, the apartment is being furnished with great care and design ambition. A custom-made fitted kitchen by a carpenter forms the functional centerpiece of the apartment. The furnishing concept is complemented by a balanced combination of selected designer furniture and high-quality, timeless elements, deliberately reduced, stylish, and durable.
