This is one of the best areas in Munich. From the window you can see the subway station, bus line 59 passes directly by, and within walking distance are the S-Bahn lines S1 and S8 as well as Prinzregentenplatz with more bus lines. We do not own a car and still manage perfectly well. The city center is only 5 stops away, and we also like to visit the nearby Haidhausen, which is very close. There are many playgrounds, the beautiful Böhmerwaldplatz and many supermarkets
