Description
Bright and friendly apartment with large south-facing windows: centrally located with a view of greenery
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a very quiet three-family house. The owners live in the house.
Upon entering the apartment, you immediately notice the charm of the historic house, which was fundamentally rebuilt in the 1960s; the apartment impresses with high ceilings and spacious rooms.
From the entrance hallway, directly opposite the front door, you enter the bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub and window and tiled in neutral white.
To the left of the bathroom is the kitchen. Here you have the opportunity to design a kitchen according to your personal preferences.
Next to the kitchen, also accessible via the hallway, is a long children's room. There is also the possibility of using this as an office.
Straight ahead in the hallway, you enter another fairly spacious room, which can be used well as a dining room. From this room, two similarly sized, generously cut rooms branch off to the right and left. These are ideal for setting up the living room and bedroom.
All rooms have practical light laminate flooring, which gives the apartment a cozy character.
A basement room and a laundry room are also available.
The apartment is ideal for a couple needing space or a small family. Due to the central location and connection to the S-Bahn, this apartment is also ideal for commuters.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
We would like to point out in advance that especially in the kitchen there is a 2-wire electrical system and only limited electrical appliances can be operated.

How we arrange this apartment for you
We are a letting agency, and this is an apartment we can secure for you. One message is enough to start. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
An adviser approaches the owner or the managing agent on your behalf, arranges and attends the viewing, and negotiates the terms. We then prepare the tenancy agreement, check it line by line and explain it to you in your own language.
We also assemble the documents a German landlord expects before an apartment is held for anyone: proof of income, Schufa report, confirmation of no rent arrears, tenant self-disclosure, the deposit. You do not deal with any of it alone.
We stay with it until the contract is signed and the keys are in your hand.
