Well-maintained apartment with magnificent view and expandable attic

Upon entering the front door, a very spacious hallway opens up from which the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen/living room can be accessed. There is a large built-in closet in the hallway and space for additional closets. From the hallway, a pull-out staircase also leads to the approximately 30 sqm attic, which can be used as desired.

Straight ahead is the bedroom with a large window and a view of the church. There is enough space for a bed, closets, and a desk if needed.

On the far left is the spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and window. I have left the pictures of the old bathroom so that the size can be better seen. The bathroom has been/is currently being completely renovated and now only the new glass shower partition, the new radiator, and the custom-made mirror above the washbasin are missing. The window has also been newly installed.

Half left opens the large kitchen/living room with fitted kitchen. One window faces the pedestrian zone and one faces the courtyard. Due to the room layout, the kitchen area can easily be visually separated from the living area or simply enjoy the spaciousness of the area. If needed, the current small kitchenette can be used or you can bring your own.

The apartment is not suitable for shared living but is very suitable for singles or couples.

The greened courtyard can be used by all residents for barbecuing and relaxing. Bicycles can also be stored in the courtyard.

Since it is a pedestrian zone, you cannot park your car in front of the front door, but there are plenty of resident parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

The bus stops to the university and Saarbrücken city center are only a 1-minute walk away. It takes about 10 minutes to the university and about 15 minutes to Saarbrücken city center.

Also in Dudweiler there are various bakeries, Netto, Edeka, Globus, retailers, a twice-weekly weekly market, organic shops, a bookstore, pubs, restaurants, and much more.

Within a few minutes' walk you can also reach: mini golf, indoor pool, outdoor pool, bouldering hall, tennis courts, and of course the forest for jogging.
