Für meine schöne 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 52 m² in zentraler Lage von Pulheim suche ich einen Nachmieter*in zum 01.11.2026.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einer sehr angenehmen Nachbarschaft, gleichzeitig ist man mitten im Geschehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geschäfte und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind schnell erreichbar.
Zur Wohnung:

* 1,5 Zimmer
* Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne
* Keller
Die Einbauküche inklusive Elektrogeräten sowie die auf den Bildern zu sehenden Einbauschränke müssen für insgesamt 3.500 € übernommen werden.
Bei Interesse können außerdem Waschmaschine, Sofa und weitere Möbel übernommen werden. Darüber können wir gerne bei der Besichtigung sprechen.
Die derzeitige Warmmiete beträgt 909 €. Wie hoch die tatsächliche Warmmiete für den Nachmieter sein wird, steht aktuell noch nicht endgültig fest und kann sich entsprechend ändern.

Die Lage bietet eine gute Anbindung an die lokale Infrastruktur und deckt die Bedürfnisse des täglichen Bedarfs ab. Durch die zentrale Lage im Stadtgebiet sind wichtige Versorgungsangebote und Verkehrsanbindungen in der Umgebung schnell erreichbar.
