The house has been completely renovated, the bathrooms are new. Each residential unit has two bathrooms, plus a communal kitchen with fitted kitchen. The room is about 15 m² and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk, you basically only need to bring your suitcase.
Rent: 480 € cold plus 60 € utilities = 540 € warm (heating costs included). Deposit: 1,440 €.

By tram, you are about 15 minutes from Karlsruhe city centre. Line 2 runs without changing to Durlacher Tor/KIT-Campus Süd, so you do not need to change for the way to the university.
In the area you will find shops for daily needs, bakeries, and gastronomy. The Rhine and the Rhine meadows are nearby, good for jogging, cycling, and relaxing after lectures.
The rental contract is concluded without a fixed term. The room is rented to one person.
