The unfurnished room is approximately 15.5 m2 and faces south towards Sievekingsallee. The previous roommate also set up their home office in the bedroom - so there is plenty of space. 😄

The skylight window is equipped with a blind that completely darkens the room.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. Besides the heart of the apartment, the bright living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a small storage room with a washing machine, and a guest toilet. There is also plenty of space in the basement compartment. The balcony is planned to become greener next year.

The apartment is centrally located and everything you need is not far away. 📍

The nearest supermarkets are Lidl and EDEKA (approx. 450m).

Bakeries, cafés, and the post office are also within immediate distance.

The nearest Budni is 400m away.

Practically around the corner is Hammer Park, with lawns, a pond, stadium, tennis courts, mini golf, etc.

Regarding public transport:

🚆 S-Bahn: Hasselbrook, S1 - 500m

🚇 U-Bahn: Burgstraße, U2/U4 - 900m (1 station to Berliner Tor, 2 stations to HBf-Nord)

Shared flat life
Hello & hi, I am Benedikt, 27 years old and originally from Austria.

I have been living in Hamburg for about 1.5 years, after 3 years as a crew member on a cruise ship of a Hamburg shipping company it was time to have solid ground under my feet again. However, I have only been living in this apartment since July. Since my current roommate is moving out, I was allowed to take over the apartment (luckily, I feel very comfortable here) and look for a new roommate. 😄

I imagine living together quite relaxed. It would be nice to cook together sometimes (I cook a lot and gladly and would also share my Kaiserschmarrn with you), have a coffee on Saturday morning, sometimes a nice beer (possibly also 2) or a glass of wine together on the sunny balcony. And if other shared leisure activities arise: even better! 🙂

I am usually not at home from Monday to Friday from about 8 am to 5 pm, as I usually do not work from home. So if you want to work from home, you would be undisturbed.

If everything fits for both sides except "from 01.01.2027", then moving in sometime in December would also be no problem.
