The new multi-family houses are located in the Schulau district, southeast of the old town of Wedel, in immediate proximity to the Elbe. The city of Wedel borders directly on the western Hamburg city limit and is therefore very well connected to the Hanseatic city.
With its own harbor, airport, and good connections to public transport: bus lines towards Hamburg, Uetersen, and Pinneberg, direct S-Bahn to Hamburg main station and Hamburg airport, and ferry connections over the Elbe to Lower Saxony, Hamburg, and Helgoland.
