We are looking for new tenants for our fully refitted sunny&furnished 2rooms apartment in Spandau. The apartment is fully equipped and comprises of a livingroom, kitchen, bedroom, bath and a hallway. Directed to the south east, it offers a light and beautiful view down Michelstadter Weg, with its trees. It is pretty light and sunny in the mornings, in the late afternoon the sun moves towards the west where the park-like courtyard offers spacious secluded lawns and old trees to hang out for the tenants. We liked this especially on hot summer days. The dwelling is located in the heritage protected Lindenhof ensemble, Bauhaus style built in the 1920. Located minutes away from by river Havel an the Spandau Forest, its located just fine for sports such as cycling, running or nice walks. The next bus stop is 200m away on Rauchstrasse. Any 5mins a bus departs towards Spandau Station, a hub for Sbahn, Ubahn, busses and high speed trains, connecting non-stop to Mitte, Kurfürstendamm, Berlin central station, All within 10 mins. There a straight connect to the airport. Overall we liked to cycle the most!
You will find supply for all daily needs around the corner such as groceries, pharmacy, baker and a launderette.
As to the apartment, its been full refitted, even the old wooden windows either refitted or replaced, new flooring and painted walls. The kitchen was installed last year and comes with anything required to invite friends over for a dinner. The living rooms has a nice dining table for four and a sofa. The bedroom offers a comfy bed for two and there´s a tub in the bathroom. The house has a separate room for bicycles.

Für die 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Michelstadter Weg 37 suchen wir einen Nachmieter. Die sonnige Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG des Vorderhauses. Sie eignet sich für Singles, mit ihren knapp 60qm ebenso für ein Paar. Sie kann ab Anfang Dezember bezogen werden.

Die Bushaltestelle Rauchstr/Goltzstr liegt 150m entfernt. Im 10-Minutentakt bringt sie der Bus zur U7 bzw Bahnhof Spandau von wo ICE, Regionalbahnen etc abfahren. Parkplätze finden sie ohne Parkschein oder Anwohnerparkausweis direkt vor dem Haus. Ebenso finden sich dort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie eine REWE, Apotheke, Ärzte etc.
