1.5-Room Apartment in Gostenhof

About the apartment: The apartment has two rooms with a view of a quaint backyard. All three windows can be darkened with roller shutters. Furthermore, the apartment has a kitchen with an integrated kitchenette (stove, sink, countertop, and wall cabinet) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. A room with a slightly slanted wall is accessible through the larger room. The larger room, due to its rectangular shape, is suitable as a living room. The apartment hallway with access to the bathroom offers space to store jackets and shoes. A cellar compartment is also available (approx. 5 sqm). There is an intercom system.

The previous tenant wishes to transfer the following furnishings: washing machine, refrigerator, and television. Negotiable price 120 euros. The apartment will be handed over freshly painted.

About the location: The apartment is centrally located on the Nuremberg inner city ring. It is a 10-minute walk from the lively Gostenhof district to Plärrer. Public transport connections are excellent. The Rothenburger Straße U-Bahn and S-Bahn station is 5 minutes on foot. From there, it takes 5 minutes by train (U2/U3) to Nuremberg main station, and the university city Erlangen is reachable in 20 minutes by train (S1). There are numerous shopping options nearby. Lidl and Norma are within 5 minutes walking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Other: The apartment is available immediately. Viewing appointments can be arranged with the previous tenant by phone or WhatsApp. A tenant self-disclosure form must be completed after a viewing and will be forwarded by the previous tenant to the landlord.

The landlord prefers students or trainees with guarantor parents. Full-time employed persons are also welcome. Persons receiving job center benefits are not desired by the landlord.
