Furthermore, the apartment has a kitchen with an integrated kitchenette (stove, sink, countertop, and wall cabinet) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. A room with a slightly slanted wall is accessible through the larger room. The larger room, due to its rectangular shape, is suitable as a living room. Public transport connections are excellent. The Rothenburger Straße U-Bahn and S-Bahn station is 5 minutes on foot. From there, it takes 5 minutes by train (U2/U3) to Nuremberg main station, and the university city Erlangen is reachable in 20 minutes by train (S1). There are numerous shopping options nearby. Lidl and Norma are within 5 minutes walking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.
Other: The apartment is available immediately. Viewing appointments can be arranged with the previous tenant by phone or WhatsApp. A tenant self-disclosure form must be completed after a viewing and will be forwarded by the previous tenant to the landlord.
