1 Room Available from November 2026 to End of February 2027 in a Furnished Attic Apartment with Balcony in Karlsruhe-Rüppurr

In a 3-family house in Karlsruhe-Rüppurr, we are renting a shared flat room in a furnished 4-room attic apartment starting November 2026. The shared flat room is available from November 2026 (possibly still in October 2026) until the end of February 2027. Currently, only one of the two rooms is available. Therefore, renting the entire apartment for 2 people is unfortunately not possible at this time.

The cold rent is €749 per person plus €150 per person for advance payment of additional costs. In addition, electricity costs are billed separately between the tenant and Stadtwerke Karlsruhe based on consumption, as well as a deposit amounting to three months' cold rent. The deposit can be paid in three equal monthly installments during months 1-3 of the tenancy.

The entire apartment consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen (fitted kitchen including dishwasher), as well as a daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and a separate guest toilet.

The 4 rooms include 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a dining room (open transition from the living room to the dining room).

Additionally, the apartment has a balcony with a very nice view towards the east, south, and west, inviting you to linger.

The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped with, for example, TV, kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, cutlery, dishwasher, and much more, so you only need to move in.

Please note that this is a completely non-smoking house.

Location
The apartment is located in the Märchenviertel of Karlsruhe-Rüppurr.

Rüppurr is a very popular district of Karlsruhe, located in the south of Karlsruhe with around 11,000 inhabitants.

The property is in a very quiet location in a purely residential area with good infrastructure.

Nearby is the forest area "Oberwald," an ideal terrain for athletes, families, those seeking relaxation, and dog lovers for walking.

Doctors, shopping facilities, and a tram connection can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes.

A motorway connection is about 1 km away. Karlsruhe main station is about 3 km away. The Karlsruhe city center is also only a few kilometers away (about 5 km).

Free parking spaces are available directly next to the house.
