I’m looking for a new tenant for my 2-room souterrain apartment in Frankfurt-Eckenheim.

Apartment & Furnishings

The apartment has two spacious rooms, a separate kitchen and a separate toilet. Please note: the shower is located directly in the kitchen (Frankfurter Bad).

The apartment overlooks a well-maintained garden in a quiet building. Its souterrain location keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter. Oven and stove are provided by the landlords.

The following items must be taken over from the previous tenant as a complete package for a fixed price of €1,000:
Fridge, smart washing machine with dryer function, sofa, bed and mattress, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, shoe rack, coat rack, dining table and chairs, and remote-controlled ceiling lights in both rooms.

The apartment is located on a quiet, green residential street, while still being very well connected to public transport.

U5, Marbachweg/Sozialzentrum: Approximately 5 minutes on foot. Konstablerwache is about 10 minutes and Frankfurt main station about 20 minutes away.

U1/U2/U3/U8, Dornbusch: About 1 km away with further connections within Frankfurt.

Bus M34: The stop is only one street away. From there there is a direct connection to Bockenheim.

Shopping & Gastronomy: Nearby there are several restaurants and kebab shops as well as a kiosk where you can also buy some groceries and daily necessities on Sundays.
