Voraussetzungen für Nachmieter:
Maximal 2 Personen. Gewünscht ist ein regelmäßiges Netto-Haushaltseinkommen von mindestens 2.100 € monatlich (ca. 3× Gesamtmiete) sowie entsprechende Einkommensnachweise.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss, hat ca. 44,5 m² und ist sehr hell und angenehm ruhig. Die gute Isolierung sorgt zusätzlich für eine ruhige Wohnatmosphäre.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist der große, lange Balkon, der sich entlang des Wohn- und Schlafzimmers erstreckt. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine Einbauküche.
