This 92 square meter apartment on the first floor of a multi-family house built in 1930 and expanded in 1970 has an exciting layout with 3.5 rooms: 2 large, 1 small, 1 large intermediate room, spacious kitchen and large bathroom with separate toilet. There are children (4,7) and animals (dog, cat, free-running chickens among others) in the house. Everything is not so modern or sterile but rather creative, sustainable, with lots of greenery, child- and animal-friendly...
The move-in is probably possible from October 15, 2026, possibly November 1. The previous tenant is expected to have moved out by the end of September, some things must be renewed, others can be (preferably in consultation with the new tenants).
A pleasant, good and functioning house community is important to us, participation or other nice inputs are very welcome. Intolerant people, with reservations against children, animals, queer, migrated or otherwise special people we do not want to welcome in our house either. AfD voters, Trump fans or other right-wing and ignorant attitudes are not desired.

The equipment includes an already existing, somewhat older but nice and functioning fitted kitchen, a new one is conceivable. The bathroom is chic and bright with a large glass shower, but also somewhat aged. There is a communal laundry room with space for washing machine, dryer & drying rack. Another associated cellar room for storage is possible. There is a large solar system (8 kWp) and a well-functioning gas central heating with hot water. We have a GBit fiber optic connection, a personal router can be connected :-)
