The kitchen area is equipped with a high-quality fitted kitchen from the company Plana. The bathroom with shower-bathtub is tiled up to the ceiling. The sanitary fixtures are from brands such as Keramag and Duravit. The bathroom also has connections for a dryer and washing machine.

A small storage room is available. In the outdoor area there is a shed with approx. 5 m² storage space for storing, among other things, bicycles and winter tyres.

By bus (lines 185 or 193) you can reach Trudering station within a few minutes, from where you can get to Munich city centre quickly by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The S-Bahn stop Gronsdorf with P+R is about a 15-minute walk away.
