4.5-Room Maisonette Apartment in a Listed Old Building in Heusteigviertel

From 1.1.2027 we are renting out our beautiful 4.5-room maisonette apartment. It is located on the 4th floor of a listed old building on Mozartstraße, one of the most beautiful and sought-after streets in the popular Heusteigviertel in Stuttgart-Süd.

With an area of approx. 105 m² (floor area 120 m² minus sloping ceilings on the upper floor) spread over two levels, the apartment combines the unique charm of a historic old building with modern living comfort. The apartment offers a wonderful view over Stuttgart and provides pleasant brightness throughout the day. The attic with its characteristic sloping ceilings creates a particularly cozy living atmosphere. Roof windows with blackout blinds ensure comfortable living at any time of day.
