8 Shared Flat Rooms Still Available in Kassel

Rooms
Hello dear room seekers,

First of all: I am the landlord - the guy whose signature you need. With me, things get done. No silly shared flat castings where peers who just moved in a few days before you and have watched too many Dieter Bohlen shows inspect new tenants and then tell you "you are in the recall" or the particularly helpful "we will get back to you".

I have several shared flats in Kassel and know which flat currently has vacancies. It also happens that a shared flat completely dissolves and a new one is formed. Especially in such cases, I simply bring together several seekers who are all in the same situation and can found a new shared flat on equal footing without any casting.

What I offer:

2-person shared flats, 3-person shared flats, also 1-room apartments (see floor plans); various room sizes from approx. 11 sqm to approx. 24 sqm; locations in Mitte, West, Fasanenhof, Wesertor, outskirts; shared flats with additional communal living rooms, old buildings with ceiling heights that allow a "loft bed level" in the room; prices from approx. 400 €/month and above all: good organization. For example, with me it is possible to do everything in one trip to Kassel from viewing, through the contract to key handover, which is especially advantageous for people traveling from far away.

What I expect:

Studies or employment, for students/trainees a reliable parental guarantee, a minimum rental period of 24 months, non-smokers without pets.

Anyone seriously interested should call me themselves. I do not respond to inquiries for third parties or emails/SMS - also because that immediately shows that the interest did not even extend to reading the advertisement. The phone number is OI79 87I6466 and is sometimes not displayed or displayed incorrectly on certain devices by WG-gesucht under contact.
