At just under 17 square meters, this room is the largest in the apartment and has a large south-facing window. The entire apartment has just been renovated, so no one has lived in this room yet. There’s plenty of space to make it yours.

We moved in here in September, and there’s still some things that aren’t finished. So the photos show a work in progress. But you can see that there’s a great, spacious living room with a balcony-the absolute highlight of the apartment!

We want to split the rent fairly and not just calculate it based on square meters. We have a total rent of around €1,200 per month. So feel free to reach out if you’re able to pay less (or even more) than 400€.

The apartment is located in a building with several other apartments and has a basement storage unit, a bike storage room, a drying room, and some green space around it (no private garden). Unfortunatly there is no elevator in the building.
