Welcome to GRANDAIRE in Berlin, the first new residential high-rise at Alexanderplatz in more than 30 years. Giorgio Gullotta Architects designed it inspired by the classic high-rise architecture of the Chicago School: bright natural stone facade, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and 65 meters in height. A building that rarely opens its doors.

Now it opens them for an extraordinary 3-room apartment on the 8th floor.

Your day begins and ends in a six-meter-high lobby with a guest lounge. The concierge accepts packages, orders a taxi, and organizes cleaning, catering, or a restaurant table on request. Not a hotel you leave in the end, a home that feels like one every day.

Eighth floor. Feels like the tenth. Because the impressive lobby not only gives you six meters of height upon arrival but also a particularly impressive perspective in your new home. The door opens and the light welcomes you. One tap and the KNX control plays the scene "Arrival": The iGuzzini lighting casts a warm glow over dark wood tones and noble materials, the shading rises, and the underfloor heating has long prepared. Later in the evening: "Cinema." Friends visiting: "Dinner." Sunday morning: "Chill." The right mood for every moment, you compose each scene yourself.

Then you see it. Behind the large window front lies Berlin like a panoramic picture, right in the middle the TV tower. Not as a postcard, but live, every day, within reach.
