The Hellerhaus is part of the castle ensemble located on the Amalienhof in Rethmar.
In this stately, historic building, five apartments with compact living spaces and phenomenal views were created in the attic in 2022.
Behind the middle door numbered 4 of the Amalienhof is the stairwell with an elevator that comfortably takes you up to two spacious vestibules. Additionally installed windows provide plenty of light and spaciousness here as well, welcoming both residents and guests.
All apartments were designed in the spirit of the entire ensemble - charming, with attention to detail and individuality.

The south-facing orientation of the apartment leads to rooms flooded with light. The bathroom with a window is modern, stylish, and equipped with a walk-in shower. High-quality oak parquet and tiled floors as well as old beams that have been refurbished ensure our usual flair.
The entire house is heated using geothermal energy. Each apartment has its own heat meter, through which heating costs are settled as part of the annual utility bill. Electricity is supplied by the provider of your choice and you settle the costs directly with your supplier.

Outdoor parking spaces for cars are available on the property.
For bicycle storage, a communal garage is available on the premises, which is used by all residents of the Hellerhaus attic.
