The Hellerhaus is part of the castle ensemble located on the Amalienhof in Rethmar.

In this stately, historic building, five apartments with compact living spaces and phenomenal views were created in the attic in 2022.

Behind the middle door numbered 4 at Amalienhof is the stairwell with an elevator that comfortably takes you up to two spacious vestibules. Additionally installed windows provide plenty of light and spaciousness here as well, welcoming both residents and guests.

All apartments were designed in the spirit of the entire ensemble - charming, with attention to detail and individuality.

The apartment offered here, with its good 88 sqm, features:

- two bedrooms
- a generous living area with open kitchen
- a spacious shower bathroom with window
- utility room
- guest toilet
- separate storage space in the attic

Generally, our apartments are rented without kitchen furnishings (no fitted kitchen available).

A loggia facing south provides additional living comfort above the roofs of Rethmar and offers a wonderful view of the Hellerteich. Here you can enjoy pleasant hours protected from wind and weather.

The south orientation of the apartment leads to light-flooded rooms. The bathroom with window is modern, stylish, and equipped with a walk-in shower. High-quality oak parquet and tiled floors as well as restored old beams provide our usual charm.

The entire house is heated using geothermal energy. Each apartment has its own heat meter, through which heating costs are billed within the framework of the annual utility cost statement. Electricity is supplied by the provider of your choice and costs are settled directly with your supplier.

Outdoor parking spaces for cars are available on the property.

For bicycle storage, a communal garage is available on the premises, which can be used by all residents of the Hellerhaus attic.

The Hellerhaus was once a stately old stable. Today it has apartments with the latest technology and can be operated almost climate-neutrally thanks to a photovoltaic system and geothermal heating. All apartments have underfloor heating and their own boiler for hot water preparation.
