The apartment is currently fully furnished and equipped. You could arrive with suitcases and find everything needed for living and daily life. Exceptions: washing machine and internet. However, a cable connection is available.
The apartment is in very good condition. All rooms were completely renovated in 2021 and all major electrical appliances, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, were renewed in 2021 or in the following years. The fitted kitchen with these appliances and the other kitchen furnishings are and remain the property of the landlord; they are part of the rental. The same applies to the bathroom with its fittings as well as the pleated blinds and shutters on the windows. Also, the table and chairs on the terrace remain the landlord's property. The carpet in the bedroom remains the landlord's property but is not part of the rental.
The other furnishings in the apartment are intended to be sold to you, which makes this offer especially interesting for tenants renting for the first time and who need such furniture anyway. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The mattress measures 2.2 meters in length by 1.8 meters in width. It is therefore also very suitable for tall people. The bed and mattress were newly purchased in 2026. The wardrobe was also newly purchased then. The sofa bed (the red sofa in the living room picture) has a mattress length of 2 meters and a width of 1.5 meters. Bedding is provided for all beds. The sofa bed and the TV were purchased in 2024. Most other furnishings were purchased in 2021. Sale price for these items: 3,000 euros. Alternatively, instead of buying the furnishings, the apartment can be rented fully furnished as shown in the pictures for an additional 100 euros per month.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bremen (in Stuhr-Varrel) in a green area, in a multi-family house with a total of five residential units. From the kitchen bay window, you can directly look out onto old oak trees and watch the squirrels.
It is a very quiet house, mostly occupied by the owners themselves. Accordingly, only quiet tenants who do not want to hold parties should live in my apartment.
