Hello,
we are looking for new tenants for our beautiful 3-room apartment in Hamburg-Jenfeld. The apartment has a living area of approx. 74 square meters, making it especially suitable for couples. In addition to a large eat-in kitchen (with fitted kitchen), there is a small utility room for the washing machine and supplies, a bedroom, a study, of course a bathroom, a balcony, and a large basement room. The apartment is equipped with large windows and is therefore flooded with light.
The rental of the apartment will start on 01.01.2027. The landlord has set some criteria for potential new tenants:
- A permanent employment or a similar permanent relationship (e.g. self-employment, pension, private income, etc.) should exist for renting.
- The regulated monthly net household income of the tenants should be at least 2.5 times the monthly warm rent (i.e. at least 4,000 €).
- There should be no negative Schufa entries.
Additionally, we would like to leave some individual furnishings in the apartment that can only be used here. For example, all windows are equipped with fly screens and high-quality, custom-made, heat-absorbing, and fully darkening pleated blinds. In the bathroom, a wooden chest of drawers remains under the washbasin. For the kitchen, we have purchased a storage/seating combination. The same applies to a cup rack as well as wall shelves in the utility room and kitchen area. For all these items, we would like a deduction of 1,000.00 €.

The location of the apartment is very attractive. It is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house in a large new development area on the former barracks site on Jenfelder Allee. The residential area consists of numerous single and multi-family houses, all built in the early 2020s.
Tonndorf station is also within walking distance, as is a large shopping center (Tondo Center) and several bus stops (lines X27, X35, 11, 29, 162). Only about 50 meters from the house there is a parcel shop, a Nahkauf supermarket, as well as hairdressers, among others.
Overall, the residential location is quiet, yet you can reach various places in the city quickly and easily.
