Other (Conditions)
- Rental period: Exclusively for subletting from 15.10.2026 to 30.05.2027 (start and end dates are negotiable by a few days).
- All-inclusive rent: 1,465 € warm per month (this includes cold rent, additional costs, heating, electricity, fast internet, GEZ, and the private parking space completely).
- Deposit: 1,500 €
