We as landlords live with our children on the ground floor of the same house. There is also another tenant with their own apartment on the 1st floor next to this listed apartment.

*Rent and Additional Costs*

Only the costs for your own electricity consumption and internet connection are additionally incurred. Hot water preparation and heating are done via gas; the corresponding costs are already included in the additional costs.
