I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful, bright 43 m² apartment in the heart of Düsseldorf-Pempelfort.

**Move-in is flexible!** The handover should take place by 01.02.2027 at the latest, an earlier move-in is also possible by arrangement.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers a spacious living and sleeping area with large windows, a cozy dining nook, and a small balcony with a beautiful view over the rooftops and greenery. The sunsets you can enjoy from there are especially wonderful.

**My personal highlight is the separate dressing room!** The room, accessible through its own door, offers plenty of storage space thanks to the custom-fit wardrobe system and is not included in the 43 m² living area!

The apartment also includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer, a bathroom with bathtub, and a private cellar room. A parking space can be rented optionally (currently 100 €/month, by arrangement).

**Furniture takeover possible**

I would like to pass on as many of my furniture items as possible to the new tenant, including:

- IKEA PAX wardrobe system in the dressing room
- Custom-fit dining table with grey bar stools
- Cream-colored loveseat with ottoman
- Dressing table with illuminated mirror
- Nightstand, side table, and TV stand
- Curtains, lamps, and additional storage furniture

The wardrobe and dining furniture fit perfectly into their respective niches.

Price expectation: 2,100 € negotiable for the furniture package. A joint takeover would be preferred. A detailed list is available on request. The takeover is voluntary and separate. Kitchen and washer-dryer are already included with the apartment.

I have felt very comfortable here and would be happy to find a nice new tenant!
