High ceilings of about four meters, plenty of daylight, and a pleasant atmosphere characterize the entire apartment. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove; the modern bathroom provides additional comfort with a rain shower and bathtub. There is also a washing machine.

A special highlight is the spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunset (west-facing) and getting a (small) view of the TV tower.

The apartment is rented furnished (the grand piano and office desk are not part of the furnishings).

The apartment has a basement compartment where there is space for bicycles and other bulky items.

For hot summer days, a mobile air conditioning unit is available in the bedroom. Since this is a listed building, fixed installations are not possible. In winter, the unit can be stored in the basement.

Only non-smokers are accepted. There is an absolute smoking ban throughout the apartment and on the balcony, which is explicitly stipulated in the rental agreement. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist at any time.

The building was first ready for occupancy in 2016. The apartment was first used and rented after October 1, 2014. Therefore, the regulations on the permissible rent level at the start of the tenancy (§§ 556d, 556e BGB) do not apply according to § 556f sentence 1 BGB.
