The shared flat is a purpose flat (as there is no common lounge) and is perfect for people seeking quiet for their studies or work. The kitchen is practically integrated into the hallway and has two hotplates and a microwave.

Since you share the apartment as a pair, we place great value on mutual consideration, order and cleanliness (especially in the bathroom and hallway kitchen). We are looking for tenants who responsibly handle the freshly renovated rooms.

Safety first: Each room as well as the entire house (hallways/basement) is equipped with interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
