The apartment is accessible via a separate staircase, so you enjoy your privacy.

The shared apartment is a purpose-shared apartment (as there is no common lounge) and is perfect for people seeking quiet for their studies or work.

The kitchen is practically integrated into the hallway and has two stove plates as well as a microwave.

What is important to us:

Since you share the apartment with one other person, we place great value on mutual consideration, order, and cleanliness (especially in the bathroom and hallway kitchen). We are looking for tenants who handle the freshly renovated rooms responsibly.

The total price includes:

Furnished, heating, WLAN and cleaning.

Washing machine is not included; for 25€/month there is a washing flat rate including detergent and dryer.

Safety first:

Each room as well as the entire house (hallways/basement) is equipped with networked smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Insurance: For mutual protection, we require private liability insurance (please check if you are possibly still covered by your parents' family insurance).
