The existing fitted kitchen can be used free of charge but is not part of the rental property. Repairs are commissioned and paid for by the tenant.

The house is located in the center of Hiltrup on Westfalenstrasse. All facilities for daily needs are within a few hundred meters. The bus stop is only 150m away. The bus reaches Ludgeriplatz in 15 minutes.
