The apartment is located in a quiet side street about 300 meters from the bus and train station as well as the Mercaden shopping center. All daily necessities are within a few minutes' walk.

Very good connection to large companies. The "Smart-Areal" factory site and the "Atrium" building in the Böblingen-Hulb industrial area are within walking distance. S-Bahn stations such as Hulb or Goldberg are only one stop away. The Daimler factory site in Sindelfingen as well as other large employers in Hulb such as HP are at a short distance.

A deposit of 2,000 euros must be transferred before moving in.

The cold rent increases annually by 25 euros, which corresponds to inflation.
